Welcome

Partnership for Awareness is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to providing and supporting educational programming for San Marino students, parents, teachers and community members regarding alcohol, tobacco, substance abuse, teen violence and parenting skills, as well as other health and safety issues affecting the youth of San Marino and their families. With an alliance of parents, youths and community members within San Marino, PfA provides support for these programs through its volunteers at each school site and the funds which it raises through its annual membership drive. PfA provides approximately 30% of the funds needed by San Marino schools to support these programs. In addition, PfA involves a number of volunteers on its Governing Board and is assisted by an Advisory Council comprised of parents, students, teachers, a school administrator and representatives from the community.
